  • 500 g zucchini cooked by steam
  • 2 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 200 g cheddar cheese shared
  • 200 g ground beef cooked
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


  • put the egg in bowel 
  • Add the flour and baking powder
  • Mixed together
  • Add the milk , salt , black pepper and nutmeg 
  • And add the half of cheese
  • put the zucchini ( steamed cooked ) in oven pan
  • Add to zucchini cooked beef 
  • Add the milk and egg mixture and add the rest of cheese above , and bake in oven at ( 170 D )about 20 min
