zucchini quiche recipe
- 500 g zucchini cooked by steam
- 2 whole egg
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 200 g cheddar cheese shared
- 200 g ground beef cooked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- put the egg in bowel
- Add the flour and baking powder
- Mixed together
- Add the milk , salt , black pepper and nutmeg
- And add the half of cheese
- put the zucchini ( steamed cooked ) in oven pan
- Add to zucchini cooked beef
- Add the milk and egg mixture and add the rest of cheese above , and bake in oven at ( 170 D )about 20 min
