toast in egg

We all know the white flour is unhealthy for our body and we must to try to avoid it for that we do some of change in our daily diet we can start from our breakfast try to eat wheat whole bread instead the white flour its so healthy for our body and gain more energy to start our day , try this recipe for breakfast .


whole wheat toast 
 1 egg 
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
pinch of salt& black pepper


in non stick skillet paint it by butter , and in low heat cut the piece of toast and add the egg in hole and add another piece of toast beside the another one until the egg cooked , sprinkle the salt and black pepper .
  • cooked the toast in two sides
