Tall Women’s Guide to Leggings and Skinny Jeans


Tall women don’t need to fear leggings and skinny jeans. These styles can actually add visual length to your legs and hug your curves in a flattering way. Like any other pair of pants, it can be difficult for tall women to find leggings and skinny jeans that are long enough. Shop at stores that cater to tall women and choose conservative colors and styles that you can wear with a variety of tops.

1.  Casual Skinny Jeans

Buy a pair of dark-rinse skinny jeans that have a little extra fabric in the legs. You’ll look long, lean and effortlessly casual when you pair them with wedge sandals and a cute top. Not only will you look fabulous, you’ll feel comfortable, too.

Admittedly, pairing leggings with ankle boots can be a very hard look for tall women to pull off. You won’t have to worry about your hips, butt or upper thighs showing, and you can really show your great expanse of leg. If you’re self-conscious about your lower half, choose a dark pair of leggings and a light-colored top to draw the eye upward.
