2 big boiled potato , about 220 g ( cuts to small pieces ) .
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of yogurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder .
1/4 teaspoon salt
green onion ( optional ) .
- Start with boil the potatoes and pale the skin .
- let the potato be more cooled and cuts to small pieces ( not too small ) .
- In bowl mix the yogurt , mayonnaise , salt , garlic .
- add the mixture to the potato and mixed gently .
- if you will add the green onion cuts to small pieces and add now .
- put the salad in fridge , and keep it there until serve it .
