In greek kitchen there are a lot of variety of recipes , so delicious dishes it force you to try some of those recipes , from time to time for your family they will love it ,

In this post i will share with you my greek recipe called ” moussaka ” it’s a mix of two different layer of vegetables , this recipe can be treasure for you to cook for your children it’s content 2 kinds of vegetables also content the protein from ground beef , it’s so good recipe for our good nutrition for us and for our kids , and the magic in this so healthy recipe it taste so yummy recipe for that your kids will love it so much ,

This recipe so delicious and easy to make it 
for family , but there is steps to prepare ingredients to be easy for cooking ” moussaka”  
1- cook the minced beef with oil & onion, and when beef cooked add 2 tablespoon tomato paste .
2- to cook aubergine peeling the first and cut to pieces thick about 5 cm, and spread salt and let it about 1 hour after that by tissue clean the salt and fry , put it on tissue to use in recipe .
3- to make mashed potatoes , add the potatoes to water on fire until be soft peel the skin and mashed the potatoes and add the 1 tablespoon butter and pinch of salt & black pepper .
4- to make bechamel sauce add 1/4 cup butter and add 1/4 cup flour on fire and about 1-1/2 to 2 cup milk and add pinch of salt & black pepper .
Now we can start to make our recipe today ” moussaka ” let’s go .

Ingredients

  • 2 aubergine
  • 250 g cooked minced beef
  • 6 pieces small boiled potato mashed and add salt ,black pepper
  • 1 cup bechamel sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese shared

Instructions

    5-start add layers , start by minced beef after that add the aubergine and mashed potatoes , and spread the bechamel  sauce and finish with spread the cheese .
    6- bake in oven ( 180 D ) about 45 min or until the surface be light gold .
    7- let the moussaka be cool and serve it warm not hot .
