Mini Sausages or cuts small
puff pastry Dough
Red Bell Pepper
Dry Rosemary or thyme
1/3 cup Butter melted
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce or catchup
Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the package of puff pastry Drain the liquid off of the mini sausages.

paint the dough cuts by catchup or BBQ sauce .
Wrap one strip of dough around each mini sausage.
Lay out the puff pastry wrapped sausages with their sides touching on an UN greased cookie sheet in a circle forming a wreath shape.
paint the sausage wrapped by melted butter and sprinkle dry rosemary or thyme .Cut a red bell pepper into a bow shape for garnish
Bake for 11-15 minutes or until golden brown.
