and every easter i try it to make some exciting new things with my children for make them more happiest in easter time .

For that i tried before bake rabbit cake they love it so much , and so easy to make you don’t need to be a professional baker cake to make it .

i will share it this cake in coming easter posts , and i will explain step by step all by photos to try it if like for your kids and make them help you with it , they will love it so much to make this bunny cake .

But in this post i will share with you some different easter recipe to make it for your family . it’s kind of bread from Italian cuisine so yummy i promise you if your try it in easter this year will be your tradition you will bake it every coming easter .

Also your kids can help you in this recipes by color the egg and put it in center of bread before baking , also they can sprinkle the sprinkles , you know the kids loves any sprinkle .

Italian easter bread roll

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 2 big egg
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 4-1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg ( for wash )
  • sprinkles option
  • 10 hard boild egg colored

Instructions

  • 1- combine all dry ingredients together ( flour , yeast , sugar ,  salt ).
    2- mix all liquid together ( milk , egg , melted butter 
    3- Add liquid to dry ingredients  and knead it very will , until be nonstick dough .
    4- cover it about 1 hour at least or until the dough raise .
    5- Split the dough into 20 small pieces. Take two pieces and roll them into a long ropes about 10″ long.
    6- Pinch the ends of two ropes together and twist them together completely, then make a circle, pinching the ends together to form a ring. Place the rings on a nonstick baking sheet.
    7- let the dough about 15 min to raise a gain before baking .
    8- brush the dough by egg and add the egg in center of shaped dough bread .
    9- if you like sprinkle with sprinkles above the dough .
    10 – Bake in oven at ( 350 D ) about 15/ 20 min or until be golden .
