The past easter days i celebrate with my daughters by ordinary coloring eggs and make some salty fish recipes ” middle east cuisine ”
and every easter i try it to make some exciting new things with my children for make them more happiest in easter time .
For that i tried before bake rabbit cake they love it so much , and so easy to make you don’t need to be a professional baker cake to make it .

Italian easter bread roll
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 2 big egg
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 4-1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg ( for wash )
- sprinkles option
- 10 hard boild egg colored
- 1- combine all dry ingredients together ( flour , yeast , sugar , salt ).2- mix all liquid together ( milk , egg , melted butter 3- Add liquid to dry ingredients and knead it very will , until be nonstick dough .4- cover it about 1 hour at least or until the dough raise .5- Split the dough into 20 small pieces. Take two pieces and roll them into a long ropes about 10″ long.6- Pinch the ends of two ropes together and twist them together completely, then make a circle, pinching the ends together to form a ring. Place the rings on a nonstick baking sheet.7- let the dough about 15 min to raise a gain before baking .8- brush the dough by egg and add the egg in center of shaped dough bread .9- if you like sprinkle with sprinkles above the dough .10 – Bake in oven at ( 350 D ) about 15/ 20 min or until be golden .
