We love pizza , everybody love eat pizza , adult or young we all the same, order it at home or when go out ,pizza the first choice , for that i love baking pizza at home for a lot of benefits ;

The first one , when we cooking at home special baking make home so cozy and warm , also baking pizza with your children at home and let them help you for making their as they like it , you will see how much they will exciting and eat more .

But my most important thing in my mind when i try to cooking and make some of my kids favorite dishes , try it to make it more nutrition useful by add and replacement some of ingredients in original recipe and make my own recipe more delicious and more useful for kids body .

You don’t need a lot of time or be professional to baking pizza at home , to cooking pizza from to make dough to baking you will need about 1 hour and half to eat pizza at home with your family made it by you , also it’s so easy dough to make it don’t afraid to try and make your kids help you will be lovely and funny day special in summer .

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 4 cup flour
  • 1/2-1 cup water warm
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

pizza topping

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated

Instructions

we will start with dry ingredients mix together .

  • first add the flour and dry yeast .
  • Add the sugar and salt .
  • mixed well.
  • make hole in flour , and add melted butter .
  • add the warm milk and water .
  • kind by hand mixer if you have one , until make nonstick dough , if find the dough dry add little of water until make nonstick dough .
  • cover the dough about 1 hour or until rising .
  • cut the dough 4 pieces .
  • sprinkle some flour in surface and add piece of dough ,start spread the dough to shape round.
  • first add pizza sauce .
  • after that add anything you like for your pizza , like ( shrimp and mushroom, seafood,pepperoni , keep it simple just add sauce and cheese as you like it .
  • finish the pizza by sprinkle the mozzarella cheese .
  • bake in oven ( 200-220 D ) about ( 15-20 min ) .
