Ingredients 
150 g strips of turkey breast 
peppers colors ( cuts strips )
diced onion ( small ) 
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil 
1/2 cup of chicken stock 
salt and black pepper 
1 teaspoon hot sauce 
1 teaspoon soy sauce 

steps

on fire add the olive oil and onion stir until be yellow color add the garlic

and add the pepper

and add the turkey and salt,black pepper , hot sauce , soy sauce, chicken stock 
and cover it until cooked
