healthy pizza


Every body love pizza we know that our kids and we also love eat pizza , but we cant eat it when we make diet or if we want to live healthy life for that i think it why i don’t try it making pizza at home but by healthy way for that i try it to make this recipe and i like it , i hope to try it by your self at home and i hope to like it also .
Let’s start to talk about my recipe ,let’s start by 

Ingredients ;-

4 cup whole wheat flour 
2 tablespoon olive oil 
1 cup half milk 
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dry yeast 

Tomato Sauce 

2 cup tomato sauce 
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon thyme 
3 mashed garlic gloves
1 tablespoon butter 
1 teaspoon salt 

Steps ;-


Mix all dry ingredients together after that mix the liquid ingredients together(milk-oil-water)and add to flour mixer and knead until make dough , cover it about 2 hours.
while the dough rise up we  make the tomato sauce and let it to cool before use it .
spread the dough in oven pan after paint it the oil and add the tomato sauce as base , and add anything we loved in our pizza ( green pepper-tomato slice-olive-mozzarella cheese- cheddar cheese )
  • Bake the pizza in oven at ( 350 D ) about 25 min 
  • use the skimmed mozzarella instead full fat mozzarella cheese 
  • can you add more cheese to make taste more delicious . 
  • use white flour to spread the dough for baking
