healthy caesar salad


 1 lettuce ( small size ) cuts to slices 
1 whole bread toast 
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese  ( grated ) 
1 boiled chicken breast without bones and skin ( cut slices ) 
1 cup light yogurt 
1 lemon juice 


in bowl add the yogurt and lemon juice and mixed 
put the lettuce in other bowl and add the yogurt and mixed
after the put the lettuce in serves dish and put it above the chicken slices and toast and cheese .
