phyllo with custard

Ingredients
phyllo dough ( 400 g ) 
1/2 cup butter ( melted )
1 1/2 cup custard 
sugar syrup 
custard ingredient
300 ml milk
2 egg yolk 
4 tablespoon sugar 
4 tablespoon  flour
sugar syrup ingredients
1 cup sugar 
1 cup water
1/2 lemon juice 

steps

first make the custard to let him rest

in oven pan paint it by melted butter

put the phyllo dough layer and paint every layer by melted butter

until reach the half of layers , add the custard

Add the rest of phyllo dough layer and don’t forget paint every layer by melted butter and cut it by knife before bake .

Bake at oven ( 180 d ) until be light brown, after that add the syrup ( must the syrup is cold ) 
** steps to make sugar syrup **  
In saucepan add the sugar and water , lemon juice and turn on fire in medium heat not flip it take about 10 min to be more thick and you can tests by spoon take little of syrup and put it in kitchen surface if  the syrup be in same size its mean its OK turn off the heat and let it be cooled after that add the to filo pan .

  1. Another recipe to add to my growing list! I don't usually do much in the way of cooking, but when I do it is usually something for dessert so I may need to give this one a try.
