Every body search to get healthy perfect body but it’s not too easy to get it but not impossible it can be if you really wanted , a lot of us know that’s information the healthy food hasn’t good test ,

But it’s so wrong the problem isn’t the healthy food not good tasty food but we don’t have any ideas about healthy food recipes ,

There are a lot of healthy recipes we can try it when we want live healthy life not only when we want lose some pounds , we can change some of our life style for us also for our children ,

I think or actually i know it , it’s Not a problem when we eat different foods we love sometimes not always , we can make balance in regular life , some days eat healthy food and other days we can eat what we love it,

but we don’t need to eat bad tasty healthy food , we can together make some of healthy recipes for all family not only grownup also for children ,

Today i will share with you one of my healthy recipe for breakfast , i like it and in the same time it’s make me full , and i hope you like it too , and try it at home ,

i made it by video it’s take only about 2 min ,it’s so easy recipe to make it for breakfast , let’s say the sample ingredients and recipe video .
