easy way to cook shrimp and rice

We don’t usually think about seafood as a source of antioxidants, but shrimp features at least three unique antioxidants in its nutrient composition: the xanthophyll carotene called astaxanthin, and the minerals selenium and copper, also You can fill out your daily mineral intake of ironcalciumsodiumphosphoruszincmagnesium, and potassium, along with vitamin A,vitamin E, and B6, and even vitamin B12! It also contains iodine, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin, for that we bring to you this special recipe and i’m sure you like it also your kids love it , its simple and easy recipe also you can cooked in short time lets start our recipe .


1- 1/2 cup rice
250 g shrimp
1 medium onion
2 tablespoon green pepper
3 tablespoon oil
Salt , black pepper
1 tablespoon flour 


In pot add the oil and onion , green pepper stir until onion be yellow .
Add the flour to shrimp and add the shrimp to pot and stir until the shrimp change the color .
Add  water to shrimp and cover it until water boiled .

Add the rice after washed several time by water , add the salt , back pepper and cover it until the rice absorb the water.


Reduce the heat about 15- 20 min until rice cooked .
