croissant bread pudding

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3  whole eggs .
  • 8  egg yolks
  • 5 cups milk .
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar .
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons  vanilla extract .
  • 6 croissants .
  • 1 cup raisins .
  • STEPS

In bowl mix the egg yolk with sugar very well .

In other bowl little beat the whole egg , and mixed with egg yolk mixture .

Cut the croissant to pieces .

Add the croissant in oven pan and add raisins .

Add the egg mixture to croissant and let it about 10 min , turn on the oven at ( 350 degree ) for about 40/ 45 min or until the pudding puffs up , Cover the pan with aluminum foil, Cut a few holes in the foil to allow steam to escape ,Remove from the oven and cool slightly.
