chicken piccata recipe

 

Ingredients 

 
500 g of chicken breast fillet ( without bonus )
1/2 cup of mushroom ( cuts slices )
1/2 medium onion ( shopped )
1 cup chicken broth 
1 cup milk ( whole fat ) 
2 tablespoon  flour 
2 tablespoon butter
salt and white pepper

start add butter in skillet on fire

when butter melt add the chicken breast

turn the chicken to other side when the chicken color change

after that add the chopped onion with chicken

add the mushroom above the onion and stir 
 
 
after that add the flour 
 
add the broth and milk and salt & white pepper, cover it about 10 min until sauce be thick .
 
serve it warm

  1. I’ve never had Chicken Piccata with milk in it. It has sliced chicken (very thin sliced), dredged in flour, then sauteed in olive oil, Once browned on both sides (not overcooked, just lightly browned). Then add your onions very thinly sliced, add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup (depending on how much chicken you have) white wine (dry). Cut a lemon in half, squeeze 1/2 the lemon over top of the chicken, slice the remainder of the lemon and put on top of the chicken, add 2 tablespoons of capers over the top and let cook for about 1/2 hour covered. While this is cooking, cook pasta and serve chicken and gravy over the pasta.

    1. that’s sound very good , i will try this recipe, but i want to try my recipe also it’s so fast to make it and you can serve with white pasta or white rice , it’s so yummy try it you will love special if you have kids

  2. I love all things chicken. This recipe looks so yummy, and surprisingly simple to manage. I’m not the best cook, so that’s awesome! Can’t wait to try it.
