Chicken breasts have many nutrients that can reduce your risk of many types of cancer, thanks to the more than 60% of niacin found in a half breast. Selenium is also another culprit responsible for the health benefits of chicken breast, protecting your immune system, which helps in the fight to keep cancer away.

The vitamin B in chicken breasts is a great source of energy, which is a great health benefit for anyone looking to burn more fat each day. Which brings me to protein’s fat burning properties in chicken. A chicken breast half provides you with more than 50%of your daily value of protein, which is what makes chicken breast such an amazing fat burning food.

Ingredients

2 POUND CHICKEN FILLET  
1/2 CUP GRATED ONION 
1 CUP YOGURT   
  1 TBS GINGER POWDER  
1 TBS SALT
1 TBS  GARLIC
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWERED    
1/2 TSP CHILE POWDER 
1 BIG ONION & COLOR  PEPPER .

Steps

Mix the yogurt, onion,ginger,salt,garlic,chili, black pepper.

Add the chicken pieces in mixture and let it about 2 hours at least .

Start to put the chicken and onion and colored pepper in stick.

Add the chicken sticks in grill .

  • put it the sticks in water before use it 
  • for best taste leave the chicken in mixture overnight 
  • Don’t forget to turn the chicken on grill to every side cooked well .
  • Can you eat it with salad as healthy meal or can you put it in tortilla bread ” so delicious ” .

  1. Looks so delicious. I love kabobs. My ex husband was Israeli so we ate them a lot. I also love that it is different way to use chicken, chicken can get so boring. Also I like that it is a whole meal in one.

  2. this looks so good! it looks like a super easy one too, not too many ingredients or too many steps. I usually buy them premade at the grocery store but I think I’ll try making them instead, thanks for sharing 😀
    It’s not currently bbq season in Canada but I think I could get away with popping these in the oven?

    1. yes i make it in oven , add some oil in oven pan and add the chicken sticks, or in grill above the stove ,it’s take no time to cooked .
