My recipe for today i will share it with you from middle east cuisine , this cuisine you will find a lot of very good recipes .

- 2 pound meat cuts squares
- 5 medium onion cuts rings
- 2 gloves garlic mashed
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 piece coal
pinch of salt and black pepper
- put pan on fire , start by add oil when be hot , add the cubes .
- when meat turn to light brown from all sides .
- take it out from pan , and put it side .
- in same pan add oil and onion .
- when onion be pale add the garlic and sugar , black pepper.
- return the cubes to pan with onion and add the beef broth .
- cover pan until meat cooked , if the beef broth dried and meat still not cooked , can you add the cup of hot water .
- when meat cooked and before turn off the fire add the salt .
- add the coal to fire direct and wait until be red , after that add the piece of foil on center of cooked meat and add the hot coal on it , and cover it about 10 min , and serve it .
