2 pound meat cuts squares
5 onion medium sizes (cuts half rings)
2 gloves garlic mashed
2 cups meat soup
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 piece coal
In saucepan on fire put the butter until milted.
Add the meat .
Stir the meat until the meat color change put the saucepan side.
In another pan put little oil and onion
When the onion be yellow in center add the sugar and when sugar melted add the garlic .
Add the onion& garlic to meat and put on fire .
Add meat soup to meat & onion and cover until the meat cooked .
Heat the coal and add on onion paper and cover the saucepan at least 15 min .
